Candidates with approved accommodations can take the Executive Assessment either:
- At a test center
- Online through Pearson VUE OnVUE
The registration process depends on how you plan to test.
Before You Schedule
You must first receive an accommodations approval decision from GMAC before scheduling your EA appointment.
Once your accommodations have been approved, follow the instructions below for your testing method.
Register for a Test Center Appointment
After your accommodations are approved:
Step 1: Sign In to Your mba.com Account
Sign in to your mba.com account and go to your EA dashboard.
Step 2: Start the Scheduling Process
- Select My Appointments.
- Select View More.
- Click Schedule New Test Center Appointment.
Important: Do not complete the appointment yet. Starting the scheduling process allows your approved accommodations to become available in your account.
Step 3: Upload Your Approval Letter
Return to your accommodations request and upload a copy of your official GMAC accommodations approval letter.
Step 4: Wait for Scheduling Authorization
GMAC will send your approved accommodations information to Pearson VUE.
Once this process is complete, you will be able to return to your mba.com account and schedule your accommodated test center appointment.
Register for an Online Appointment
EA online appointments with accommodations must be scheduled directly through Pearson VUE.
When contacting Pearson VUE, be prepared to provide:
- Your full name
- Your EA ID (available in your mba.com account)
- A copy of your GMAC accommodations approval letter
- Your preferred testing date and time (if known)
- Confirmation that you want to schedule an accommodated EA online appointment
Pearson VUE will schedule your appointment after verifying your accommodations.

- Accommodated appointments are scheduled based on availability.
- Appointment availability is first come, first served.
- Pearson VUE will attempt to schedule your appointment within 30 days of your requested test date.

Can I schedule my appointment before my accommodations are approved?
No. You must wait until GMAC has approved your accommodations before scheduling your EA appointment.
How do I find my EA ID?
Your EA ID is available in your mba.com account.
- Log in to your account at gmac.com/ea.
- Under "My Appointment," click "View More."
- Select "Schedule New Appointment."
- Your Test Taker/EA ID number will appear in the top-right corner of the screen.
Do I schedule online and test center appointments the same way?
No. Candidates testing at a test center begin the scheduling process through their mba.com account. Candidates testing online with accommodations must schedule directly with Pearson VUE.
Will my accommodations automatically be applied to my appointment?
No. Follow the instructions provided in your accommodations approval and complete all required steps before scheduling your appointment.
