If you are unable to attend your appointment due to certain unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.

If a medical condition prevents you from taking your exam as scheduled, you must provide documentation verifying that you were unable to test, such as:
- A doctor's note
- Hospital discharge paperwork
Military Orders
If you are unable to attend your appointment because of military service, you must provide a copy of your official military orders showing that you were assigned to duty on your scheduled exam date.
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, submit a request explaining your circumstances and include any supporting documentation.
