GMAC accepts a variety of payment methods for GMAT exams and related services. Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided during registration is accurate and authorized.
Authorized Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are displayed during the registration process and may vary by country or service.
Payment must be successfully processed before an exam appointment or service can be confirmed.
Using Another Person's Credit Card
You may use a credit card belonging to another individual, such as a family member, employer, or sponsor, provided you have the cardholder's permission to use the card.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Unauthorized use of a payment method may result in cancellation of the transaction, appointment, or related services.
Voucher Ownership and Use
Vouchers are typically issued to a specific individual or organization and may be subject to usage restrictions.
Unless explicitly authorized by the issuing organization, vouchers may not be transferred, sold, shared, or used by someone other than the intended recipient.
Candidates are responsible for complying with all voucher terms and conditions.
Misuse of Vouchers
The use of a voucher by an unauthorized individual may result in:
- Cancellation of the registration or appointment
- Removal of services obtained through the voucher
- Invalidated transactions
- Additional review under GMAT policies
Payment Verification
GMAC reserves the right to review transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or inconsistent with published policies.
Additional information or verification may be requested before a transaction, appointment, or service is approved.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment is disputed, reversed, or charged back after services have been provided, GMAC may review the transaction and take appropriate action, including suspension of services or cancellation of affected transactions until the matter is resolved.

Failure to comply with these requirements may affect eligibility to register for, schedule, or complete a GMAT exam.
