A PVUE Blocked error means Pearson VUE has placed a hold on account. This hold prevents you from scheduling or rescheduling a GMAT exam appointment until it is resolved. You cannot resolve this issue yourself, you must contact Pearson VUE Customer Service directly.
This is not something mba.com, GMAC Customer Care, or test center staff can remove. Because Pearson VUE manages the specifics of this account hold, they are the only ones who can tell you the exact reason for your block and what is needed to resolve it.
What Should I Do If I See This Error?
- Do not create a new account or attempt to re-register, this will not resolve the block and may complicate the issue further.
- Contact Pearson VUE Customer Service directly to have the hold reviewed and resolved.
- Have your candidate details ready (full name, date of birth, and any confirmation or appointment numbers) so Pearson VUE can locate your account quickly.
- Ask Pearson VUE what steps are needed to lift the hold and how long resolution is expected to take.
