If your GMAT appointment is not appearing in your account, it is usually because the payment was not successfully completed. When payment fails or is declined, the appointment is not created.
Step 1: Confirm Your Payment
Check with your bank or payment provider to confirm that your payment was successfully processed.
Step 2: Wait for Processing
If your payment was successful, allow up to 15 minutes for the appointment to appear in your account.
Step 3: Contact Us
If:
- Your payment was successful, and
- Your appointment is still not visible after 15 minutes
Please submit a request so we can investigate.
Include the following details:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- GMAT ID
- Appointment ID (if available)
- Scheduled Date and Time
- Payment Receipt or Tax Invoice
Additional Notes
- Appointments are only created after successful payment
- In some cases, delays or account mismatches may prevent the appointment from appearing in your account
