Can I Access My Prep Products on Multiple Devices?
Yes. You can access your prep products from multiple supported devices by signing in with the same mba.com account used to purchase and activate the product.
Your progress is associated with your account and will be available when you sign in from another device.
Can I Transfer My Prep Product to Someone Else?
No. Prep products are intended for individual use and cannot be transferred, shared, or reassigned to another user.
What Happens When My Product Expires?
Once a product expires, it can no longer be accessed.
For products accessed through the Prep platform, the expiration date is displayed within the product.
Access periods vary by product. Refer to the Terms of Use on the product details page for complete information.
Can I Purchase the Same Product Again?
In most cases, yes. Availability may vary by product.
If a product is available for repurchase, it can be purchased again through the Prep Store.
Can I Use the Same Activation Code More Than Once?
No. Activation codes can only be redeemed once.
If you have already redeemed an activation code, access the product through your account rather than attempting to redeem the code again.
Is My Progress Saved Automatically?
Most progress is saved automatically while using the Prep platform.
To avoid losing work, ensure that you complete each session normally and maintain a stable internet connection.
Will I Lose My Progress If I Switch Devices?
No. Your progress is associated with your account, not a specific device.
As long as you sign in using the same mba.com account, your saved progress will remain available.
Do I Need an Internet Connection?
Yes. An internet connection is required to access and use GMAT and Executive Assessment prep products.
GMAT Official eBooks also require an internet connection to access Wiley Bookshelf and redeem activation codes.
I Am Receiving an Error Message. What Should I Do?
If you encounter an error while using the Official Prep platform:
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Refresh your browser.
- Try a different supported browser.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Verify that your internet connection is stable.
