What You Should Do
Your next step depends on how you are scheduled to test:
Test Center Appointment
If your test center is in an impacted area, you must contact Customer Service by phone
If eligible, you can:
- Reschedule at no additional cost, or
- Cancel for a full refund
You may choose to reschedule or cancel even if the test center remains open.
Online Exam
If you are taking your exam online from an impacted area, contact Customer Care using our support form.
If eligible, you can:
- Cancel your appointment and receive a voucher to book a new exam, or
- Cancel for a full refund
