We are strongly committed to ensuring the integrity of the GMAT Exam, and a large part of this involves confidential and proprietary test security measures. While we understand your desire to know more about the particulars of this matter, we cannot disclose information that may hinder our ability to evaluate, investigate, and determine scores in future cases.
Our authority to make the decision to cancel your score is firmly grounded in the GMAT Exam Policies and Procedures, which allows us to cancel or withhold any scores when, in our judgment, there is a good faith basis to question the validity of a score for any reason.
If you have further questions or would like to appeal the score cancellation, please submit a request and include any evidence supporting your appeal.
