We score every GMAT exam and GMAT Focus Edition twice. First, the exam is scored immediately after the exam is complete, this gives you the unofficial score report. Then, the exam is rescored using our proprietary algorithm. Any discrepancies between the two scoring results will trigger an investigation. Scores will NOT be reported until after the discrepancies are resolved.
Taken at a Test Center:
The rescoring service is available to the Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA) section for the current GMAT Exam only. Rescoring cannot be applied to the GMAT exam's Verbal, Quantitative, or IR Prep sections. For further details, please visit AWA Rescoring.
Lastly, if you took your GMAT exam at a test center*, you may consider purchasing an unofficial GMAT Enhanced Score Report (ESR). The ESR provides deeper insight into your performance on the exam so you can better focus on future studies, preparation, and test-taking strategies.
*ESR is currently not available for GMAT Exams taken Online or the GMAT Focus Edition.
