GMAT Exam Taken at a Test Center
When you complete your Test Center exam, you will see your unofficial GMAT score – Verbal, Quantitative, Integrated Reasoning, and Total. You will be given two (2) minutes to decide whether to cancel or accept your score. If the time expires before you make a selection, your score will be automatically canceled.
If you accepted your score at the test center, you have the option to cancel your accepted score through your mba.com account. This option is available for 72 hours after the completion of your exam. It may take up to 24 hours for the cancel option to appear.

Schools will not see any indication of a cancelled GMAT score. However, to ensure that you have an accurate record of yourGMAT exam history, you will still see all your GMAT exams on your record, including cancelled scores.
GMAT Exam Taken Online
Scores for the GMAT exam taken online do not need to be canceled. After you receive your official score via your mba.com account, you have the opportunity and flexibility to review your score and decide whether or not you want to send your score to programs. Schools/Programs will not have access to your appointment details or official scores unless you choose to send them.
