Your GMAT profile must match the ID you will present on test day. If it does not match you will be denied entry to your exam and your exam fees will be forfeited.

Acceptable Documentation to Update Name:
- Driver's License
- Marriage License
- Certified Record of Divorce
- Certified Court Order
Note: It is not essential for your middle name to be included in your profile. You should not experience any issues, if the personal data you enter, first (given) and last (family) names match your ID and are entered in the correct fields.
