During your Executive Assessment Online appointment, you have the option to use an online whiteboard, a physical whiteboard, or both for scratch work and note-taking. Below are the guidelines and requirements for each option.
Online Whiteboard
The online whiteboard is integrated into the test platform and offers features such as:
- Typing text
- Drawing shapes and lines
- Erasing or clearing work
- Panning and zooming across the canvas
- Moving and resizing the whiteboard on your screen
Note: You cannot use a stylus, finger, or any writing apparatus on touchscreen devices. The online whiteboard is not compatible with connected writing tablets or dual monitors.

Physical Whiteboard
If you prefer using a physical whiteboard, ensure it meets the following specifications:
- Size: No larger than 12 inches x 20 inches (30 cm x 50 cm)

- One (1) erasable whiteboard
- One (1) dry erase marker
- One (1) eraser
Prohibited Items:
- Paper
- Pen/Pencil
- Permanent Marker
- Tissues, Paper Towels, Napkins
- Whiteboard Cleaning Spray
- Paper in a Clear Slide
- Boogie Boards
- Chalkboards
- Writing Tablets
Security Protocols:
- Display both sides of your blank whiteboard to the camera before and after the exam. No writing or markings are allowed.
- Laminated paper is not permitted as a substitute for a physical whiteboard. Only standard, erasable whiteboards that meet size and material requirements are allowed.
These actions will be recorded and reviewed by test security administrators as needed.
