If you received a voucher code by email for $100 off your Executive Assessment (EA) exam registration, here's what you need to know.
What is this offer?
Eligible candidates receive a code for $100 off their first EA exam registration, bringing the fee from $350 to $250. This is a one-time, limited offer available only to candidates who received a code directly from GMAC by email.
Am I eligible?
If you received a unique voucher code by email, you're eligible. Codes went out to candidates who bought EA or GMAT prep materials during a specific window and hadn't registered for the GMAT or EA exam yet. This offer isn't available to the general public, so if you didn't receive a code by email, you won't be able to request one.
I got two codes. Is that a mistake?
Your voucher covers one discounted Executive Assessment registration. If you receive a code for more than one delivery channel (for example, test center and online), these are provided so you can register through your preferred channel, the discount is intended for one registration only, and using more than one may result in the discount being voided.
Can I use my code more than once, or use both codes for two registrations?
No. You can redeem the discount for one EA registration only. Trying to redeem more than one discounted registration may result in the discount being voided.
Can I share my code with someone else?
No. Codes are personal to the candidate they were issued to and are non-transferable. Sharing or transferring a code may result in the discount being voided.
What does the discount cover?
The discount applies only to the EA exam registration fee itself. It does not cover cancellation fees or applicable taxes.
When can I use my code?
You must register and apply your code between 1-15 September 2026 (11:59 PM your local time on 15 September is the deadline). Codes not redeemed by then are void and can't be reinstated, extended, or replaced.
By when do I need to take the exam?
Your exam appointment must be scheduled and completed on or before 31 December 2026. You can reschedule your appointment up to that date, subject to availability and standard EA policies and fees.
How do I redeem my code?
- Go to the official EA registration portal.
- Choose your exam channel and preferred appointment date/time (on or before 31 December 2026).
- Enter one voucher code at checkout, before completing payment.
- Confirm your registration. Once submitted, your code is considered redeemed and the transaction is final.
I already registered for the EA, can I apply the discount now?
No. This offer is for new registrations only and can't be applied to an exam you've already purchased.
Can I combine this with another discount or voucher, like one from my school?
No. This offer can't be combined with any other offer, discount, voucher, or promotion, including institution-issued EA vouchers.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule after registering with the discount?
Standard EA cancellation and rescheduling policies and fees apply. If you're eligible for a refund, it will be limited to the amount you actually paid ($250), less any applicable cancellation fees, and the voucher itself has no cash value and won't be refunded or reinstated.
Does the voucher have cash value?
No. It has no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
My code isn't working at checkout. What should I do?
First, double-check that:
- You're entering the code before completing payment (not after)
- You're within the 1-15 September 2026 window
- You haven't already redeemed a discounted EA registration
If it's still not working due to a technical issue, contact customercare@mba.com before the end of the Offer Redemption Period (15 September 2026). Requests submitted after that date will not be honored.
I never received my code. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. GMAC isn't responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered emails, but if you believe you're eligible and haven't received a code, contact GMAC Customer Care as soon as possible so we can look into it before the window closes.
Will this offer come back later, or become available to more people?
No. This is a one-time offer to a limited group of candidates. It won't be reopened or extended to others after 15 September 2026.
