What Information Requires Customer Care Assistance?
The following profile fields cannot be updated directly in your mba.com account:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Country/location of citizenship
Before You Submit a Request
- Verify that your ID meets Executive Assessment identification requirements.
- Requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before your exam appointment.
How to Request an Update
Submit a request and include:
- A copy of the ID you will use on test day
- Your Test Taker ID or Registered email ddress
Name Updates
Include:
- Current name
- Requested name
Date of Birth Updates
Include:
- Current Date of Birth
- Correct Date of Birth as shown on your ID
Citizenship Updates
Include:
- Current citizenship
- Correct citizenship as shown on your ID
Middle Name Information
Your middle name is optional in most cases. If your first and last name match your ID and are entered correctly, you should typically not experience issues on test day.
