You will be advised to continue with the test after informing any doubts related to a problem with test content, questions or answer options to the Test Administrator/Proctor. The Test Administrator/Proctor will take the appropriate action to inform the same to GMGC. The complaints will be reviewed and if found correct, GMGC will take appropriate action to address the same and you will not be penalized. You can also write to nmatsupport@gmac.com if you encounter a problem. No further communication will be entertained in this regard.

Our tests are designed to stop the timer on an exam if the test taker disconnects from the exam. The timer only begins once a question is fully loaded, and the load time of an item does not impact the countdown of the timer.
What will happen if the computer malfunctions in the middle of the test?
Exam at the Test Centre in India: In the unlikely event of a computer malfunction during the test, the test centre staff will need to reboot the computer. During this process, you will not lose any answers already entered. The computer system in the testing centre stores all of your answers instantly. After rebooting, the computer will come back exactly to where the exam stopped. Please note that the time clock will have stopped when the computer reboots, and the clock will start as soon as the test is re-started.
If you face any problem because of the computer malfunctioning, you should inform the Test Administrator immediately and the test will resume from the same point where you had left at the time of malfunctioning. No request will be entertained after the section or the test is over.
Online Proctored Exam at Home: In the event of your computer malfunction during the exam, the proctor will help/guide you to resume the exam within half an hour (30 mins) beyond which the exam will be considered as a NO show/Exam expired and you will need to schedule another attempt. The fee for this attempt will be forfeited. It’s advised to have the computer checked before the exam by taking the demo test available through the candidate dashboard. In case you are not able to troubleshoot the issue within the specified time, the exam will be submitted and the attempt will be exhausted.
