No, you cannot schedule your retake exam for the same day.
In case you were a NO SHOW or you did not agree to the Non-Disclosure Agreement by accepting NDA or your exam has been marked as Incomplete then you can schedule the Retake immediately for any slot after 24 hours. This is subject to availability of slots at test centre(s) as slots are allocated on a First come First Serve basis.
If you have completed the exam successfully and received your score card then the Retake exam can only be taken after a gap of 7 days from the previous successful attempt.
