How do I activate my ESR?
It can take up to 72 hours for your GMAT™ Enhanced Score Report (ESR) to become available. If you completed your GMAT exam less than 72 hours ago, please wait.
Once the Enter ESR Code becomes available, follow the steps below to activate:
- Login to My Account
- Scroll down to Products
- Click VIEW ALL PURCHASED
- Copy your Activation Code
- For all eligible GMAT Exams an Enter ESR Code link will be displayed under the Actions column.
- Click the Enter ESR Code link and a pop-up box will appear; paste your Activation Code.
- Hit the Apply button to complete the activation.
How do I access my ESR after it is activated?
Once you have successfully activated your ESR, please follow the steps below to access it:
- Login to mba.com
- On the top of the homepage, click My Account
- Below Past GMAT Exams, click View ESR to resend the email link.
How do I view my ESR if the link is expired?
The ESR link is only valid for 24 hours. To receive a new link:
- Login to My Account
- Click the View ESR link
- You will receive an email within a few minutes.
- You may repeat this process as many times as you like to view an available ESR. Please check your Spam/Junk mailbox if you do not receive the link within 10 minutes.
