At GMAC, we place a lot of value on the fairness and integrity of GMAT exam scores. Prior to releasing official scores, additional quality control steps are sometimes necessary to ensure the result is accurate and valid. While we strive for seven (7) business days, although not typical, this additional review can take up to 20 business days.
If more than 20 business days have passed, and you have not heard from us or received your official GMAT scores:
- For an exam taken at a test center, please contact our partners at Pearson VUE for further assistance by going to our Contact Us page, selecting your region, and contacting us by phone, email, or live chat.
- For an exam taken online, please submit the contact form on our Contact Us page, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
