You can reschedule or cancel your exam up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time. Cancel fees/refunds and reschedule fees will vary based on when you request the change and as applicable by local law.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the full exam fee and your appointment status will appear as "No Show" on your mba.com My Account page. You may schedule a new exam at your own expense, but you will have to wait 24 hours from the start time of your missed appointment to do so.
To manage your existing appointment,
- Log into your mba.com My Account
- Locate your future test center or online exam appointment and follow the action items to the right of the appointment details.
