If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from starting your exam
Your proctor will work with you to resolve the issue. If your issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be able to register for a new appointment.
If you encounter a technical issue after you have started the exam
GMAT Exam Delivered at a Test Center
If there is a technical issue after you have started the exam, you should bring it to the proctor's attention immediately by raising your hand. The proctor will attempt to resolve the issue promptly. If your technical issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner you will have the option to end your exam. If you are unable to continue your exam, you will be provided a case number. In this situation, you may be allowed to register for and take the exam again at no additional cost. You will have to wait 16 days to test again. You will be contacted with next steps by GMAT Customer Service within five business days.
If the proctor is able to resolve the issue in a timely manner, you may continue your exam.
