Taken at a Test Center
To reschedule your appointment, please follow the steps below. Reschedule fees, taxes (if applicable), and regulations are based on your location when taking the exam.
Please refer to the Exam Payment page for the most up-to-date fee information.
- Log into your mba.com My Account
- Locate your test center or online exam appointment and click the RESCHEDULE link
- Select a new date and time for your appointment
- Follow the prompts to go through the checkout/payment process to complete your reschedule

- Log into your mba.com My Account
- Locate your test center or online exam appointment and click the RESCHEDULE link
- Select a new date and time for your appointment
- Follow the prompts to go through the checkout/payment process to complete your reschedule
After clicking the RESCHEDULE link from your mba.com account, you will be directed to the Examity dashboard. From there:
- Click the Reschedule or Cancel link in the last column
- Click the Reschedule Exam button
- Select a new date and time for your appointment
- Click the Reschedule button
- Follow the prompts to go through the checkout/payment process to complete your reschedule
