If you have issues downloading or installing the secure browser:
- Make sure you have downloaded the most recent version of the secure browser.

- Even if you have tested online before, there may be a new version of the secure browser available.
- The current download file for Windows and Mac can be found here, under System Requirements
- The zip file will include the secure browser file and the installation instructions.

- If you have issues installing the secure browser, confirm that your computer meets all of the technical requirements listed under System Requirements. Note that:

- You must have Admin rights to your machine to install the secure browser.
- While antivirus products are permitted, they may sometimes interfere with installation or launch of the secure browser.

- If you have confirmed steps 1 and 2, and are still having issues installing the secure browser, contact tech support for assistance at gmachssupport@excelindia.com
We recommend that you download and install the secure browser well before the day of your appointment. Note that you will not be able to open the secure browser until your appointment begins.
