Note that the Respondus logs are not visible with the visual file explorer on Macs.
- Open a Terminal window
- Copy the log files to your desktop using the command "cp /Users/<your user name>/Library/Application Support/LockDown Browser OEM/* ~/Desktop/"
- Share all log files from your appointment day
Windows PC
- Open File Explorer
- Navigate to C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Respondus\OEMlogs\
- Share all log files from your appointment day
