Rescheduling your appointment
You may reschedule your exam up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
To reschedule your appointment, contact us or navigate to your Exams page and click the Reschedule button.
Canceling your appointment
To cancel your appointment and request a refund, complete this form. The request to cancel your appointment must be submitted no less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your exam to be eligible for a refund.
Missed appointments
If you miss your appointment for any reason, and you have not cancelled or rescheduled it by the deadlines noted above, you will not receive a refund of your exam registration fee.
